Great value hotel close with excellent travel links that will bring you to all the tourist sites in Paris. Rooms are a little on the small side but we found them to be clean and cosy. Staff we also very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The breakfast was also included in the price , and it was a buffet breakfast with plenty of choices in there selection of foods.

Excellent location! It’s close to Nation station, there are many routes to choose from. It takes you 20-30min to main points of interest. 20min ride to Moulin Rouge from avron metro stop which is few metres away from hotel. Rooms was cleaned everyday, staff friendly.

We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Rachid that made the check-in process really easy and was very accommodating as we had an early check in and wanted to depose our bags and freely visit the city. The hotel has a very nice location in a calm neighborhood near the metro line and bus stops. Room was confortable and big enough to sleep in. Minimum accomodations for a weekend stay. Will definitly come-back when in Paris

The location was amazing, there was a bakery near by that was really delicious, some restaurants and a Pharamacy within walking distance. it also had many metro lines close by so we were not close to anything touristic but we can reach them all easily, even Disneyland. Also, the area itself was good.

We had a nice quiet room which was clean and up to standard. The staff are really lovely. The hotel is on a street which we knew well when we lived in Paris many years ago. Note that the 20th district is not on the main tourist track but we love it.

The location was good, I felt safe. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel and the metro station was very close. The room service cleans every day so the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Not amazing, but the value for money is really good.

I was looking for budget accommodation with good access to Paris centre and a reasonable breakfast. Good WiFi access and comfortable beds. The shower was excellent.

The location is great, super close by to the metro station. The room is small but has everything you need for a short stay in Paris, Good value for the money since we were going to the hotel only to sleep at night! The bed is really comfy and the room was super quiet, so great :) Would go back to it again and recommend it.

The size of the property (cosy and personal), it's proximity to the Avron metro and overall positive and pleasurable experience offered by all employees for a week-long stay in the most amazing city in the world.
